This VR game stands out in every aspect

We had no idea what to expect when we put on our VR headset to try GAZZLERS for the first time, after just 5 minutes we were blown away! This game stands out because it's crazy, very immersive and gets our adrenaline rush! Few other games convey the appeal of VR technology as quickly and effectively as this one, as you rush through ever-changing landscapes.

VR world in GAZZLERS style

The premise? You are in a high speed train and loads of "Gazzlers" are trying to kill you. The only way to survive is to stop them in their tracks. (pun intended) While these creatures remind us of Raving Rabbids, we've never seen anything like it. In the limited time we played this game, they came at us with monster trucks, hippie vans, trikes, bulldozers, tanks, party buses,... They sacrifice each other as they get closer to you. Simply put, these characters deserve their own movie!

A Cartoon styled VR Shooter

GAZZLERS is a cartoon styled shooter. The shooter genre was overrun with realistic-style, zombie-themed titles, so we love the fresh take on the genre. This allows the game to showcase beautiful scenery and a unique take on a post-apocalyptic landscape. The styling makes this game also very suitable for younger gamers. Although there is a lot of action, the makers don't show any gore elements. Instead, they focused on funny over-the-top situations.

What makes GAZZLERS one of our favorite games is the fact that you can really sharpen your skills with every run, make your weapons more effective and enjoy the chaos around you.

Here's the official reveal trailer:

The game will be released in May. There will be monthly updates with new enemies, weapons, characters, biomes, cosmetics, challenges and more! The game will also be made available to play with up to 4 players. While the game is great for solo play, we can't wait to take on hordes of Gazzlers with our review time.

You can wishlist on Steam now. It's a no-brainer.
